Video Audit

• Once you've purchased this option, we will email you with brief questions about your website.
• Fill those out as soon as you can, and once we have your answers our Strategist will go through the site explaining why you're having any issues, where you need to implement best practices, and what can be done to improve the user experience.
• This will be a Loom recording, meaning you will receive a video walkthrough and you will see your Strategist as they're talking and going through your site.

The video audit will be delivered via a video Loom recording within 48 hours.

• This purchase does not include implementing the recommendations. We have separate monthly retainers as well as fixed scope of work projects available if you’d like to continue working together on this task and/or other work. If you have additional questions, please email us: hello@carta.solutions.
• The recording will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time we get your answers to the questionnaire. If we do not receive those within 7 business days, we will proceed without it.
• There are no returns on this purchase once the work has been completed.
